Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sunflower Natural Wellness Center ("Sunflower Wellness," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through our websites (including sunflowerwellnesscenter.com and sunflowernaturalhealth.com), online forms, booking calendar, emails, and text messages.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Your name, email address, and phone number when you request a free guide, sign up for a masterclass, or contact us.

  • Your booking details, such as the service and the day and time you choose.

  • Payment information when you pay online. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic website data, such as pages visited, the date and time, your device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site (for example, from an ad).

  • This is collected with cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and our website platform's analytics.

We do not ask for health information on our websites or online forms. Your health history and medical information are collected during intake and stored in our secure practice-management system, not on our marketing website.

2. How we use your information

  • To send you what you asked for, such as the free guide and masterclass.

  • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, and to process payments.

  • To send you emails and texts about our services, education, and offers. You can opt out at any time.

  • To understand which pages and ads are working, so we can improve our website and advertising.

  • To answer your questions and provide customer service.

  • To meet legal and tax requirements.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with companies that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their job. These include:

  • our website, email, text-message, and booking platform;

  • our payment processor;

  • our practice-management and patient-records system;

  • advertising and analytics providers, such as Meta, which receive website activity data through cookies and the pixel.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our patients, staff, or others.

4. Your patient records

If you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and handled as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we give you at your first visit. If anything in this policy conflicts with that Notice for your health information, the Notice controls.

5. Emails and text messages

  • Emails: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

  • Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  • Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you about appointments you have booked.

  • We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Cookies and ad tracking

Our websites use cookies and the Meta pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Our site will still work if you block cookies, but some features may not.

7. How we protect your information

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How long we keep information

We keep contact and marketing information until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed. We keep booking and payment records as long as required for tax and business purposes. Patient records are kept as required by New York law.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the contact information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Call (315) 642-1502 or email [your contact email]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some records, such as patient and payment records, must be kept by law.

10. Children

Our websites are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
