Terms of Service

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the services, products, programs, and websites of Sunflower Natural Wellness Center ("Sunflower Wellness," "we," "us," or "our"), located at Sunflower House, Deansboro, New York. By booking a service, buying a product, joining a program or membership, or using our websites (including sunflowerwellnesscenter.com and sunflowernaturalhealth.com), you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We offer wellness and acupuncture services that may change over time. These include:

  • Acupuncture, including introductory visits (such as the Weakest Pulse Treatment), single sessions, and multi-visit programs and packages.

  • Assessments, such as the Deep Dive Diagnosis, pulse reading, and meridian analysis.

  • Screenings, such as OligoScan mineral and heavy-metal screening.

  • Other therapies, such as Advanced Allergy Therapeutics (AAT) and UVB light sessions.

  • Memberships and maintenance programs, such as monthly memberships and health maintenance programs.

  • Products, such as herbal formulas, topical products, and supplements.

  • Education, such as online masterclasses, workshops, guides, and emails.

Current services, prices, and what each includes are described at the time you book or buy. If a program has its own written agreement, that agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, the program agreement controls for that program.

2. Not a substitute for medical care

Our services are complementary wellness and acupuncture care. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by your physician. Keep seeing your doctor, and do not stop or change any medication without talking to the person who prescribed it. Screenings such as OligoScan are wellness tools, not medical diagnoses.

Information on our websites, in our videos, and in our emails is for general education only. It is not medical advice.

In an emergency, call 911. We do not provide emergency care.

3. Results vary

Every body is different. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, including pain relief or how long relief lasts. Testimonials and results shared on our websites and in our materials reflect individual experiences. Your results may be different.

4. Eligibility and consent

You must be 18 or older to book or buy on your own. A parent or legal guardian must book for, and consent on behalf of, anyone under 18. Before your first treatment, we will ask you to complete intake and consent forms and to tell us about your health history, medications, and any conditions, including pregnancy, bleeding disorders, a pacemaker, or anything else that may matter for your care. You agree to give us accurate, complete information and to tell us about changes.

We may decline or stop any service if, in our professional judgment, it is not appropriate for you.

5. Booking, payment, and pricing

  • Some services, such as the Weakest Pulse Treatment, are paid when you book. Others are paid at your visit or as described when you buy.

  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

  • Prices may change. The price you agreed to when you booked or bought applies to that purchase.

  • Program credits (for example, an introductory visit fee credited toward the Deep Dive Diagnosis) apply only as described at the time of the offer, and only toward the service named.

  • Insurance: we accept some insurance for some services. Coverage is decided by your insurance plan, not by us. You are responsible for any amount your plan does not pay.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling, and missed visits

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule by calling (315) 642-1502 or using the link in your confirmation.

  • Prepaid visits (such as the Weakest Pulse Treatment): with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule or receive a refund. With less notice, or if you miss your visit, the payment is not refundable.

  • Other visits: late cancellations or missed visits may be charged a fee or count as a used session in a package, at our discretion.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a new time or a full refund of anything you prepaid for that visit.

7. Refunds

  • Services already received are not refundable.

  • Packages and programs: unused, prepaid sessions in a package or program can be refunded in full for the amount you paid for those sessions.

  • Memberships: you may cancel a monthly membership at any time before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges. We do not refund the current month.

  • Products: unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a refund. For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

8. Memberships and recurring billing

If you join a membership or monthly program, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule shown when you join until you cancel. To cancel, call (315) 642-1502 or ask us in person. Membership benefits end at the end of the last paid period.

9. Products

Products we sell are intended to support general wellness. Statements about supplements and herbal products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow the label and talk with your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

10. Online content and communications

Our masterclasses, guides, illustrations, and emails are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission.

When you give us your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your request, your appointments, and our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any email, and reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Conduct

We work to keep the center safe and respectful for everyone. We may refuse or end service for abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sunflower Natural Wellness Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our websites, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service or product is limited to the amount you paid for that service or product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law, including liability for professional negligence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases and bookings made after that date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Oneida County, New York.
